Deron GenerallyReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, today announced that Elijah Wood, best known for his role in The Lord of The Rings Trilogy, is heading to Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) 2025. The show returns to McCormick Place from April 11 through April 13 with a robust lineup of special guests, panelists, exhibitors, and more.
Elijah Wood will make appearances both Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 for Photo Ops and Autographs. Photo Ops and Autographs for C2E2 are on sale to the public now. Wood joins previously announced The Lord of The Rings cast members Sean Astin and John Rhys-Davies, in addition to a slate of must-see guests including Futurama cast members Billy West, Phil LaMarr, John DiMaggio, and Katey Sagal; Starship Troopers cast members Casper Van Dien, Denise Richards, Dina Meyer, Jake Busey, and Michael Ironside; Critical Role’s Ashley Johnson, Laura Bailey, Liam O’Brien, Marisha Ray, Matthew Mercer, Sam Riegel, Taliesin Jaffe, and Travis Willingham; and voice actors from Red Dead Redemption and Baldur’s Gate 3. At C2E2, fans can interact with award-winning comic artists, anime and gaming voice actors, and their favorite celebrities, all while celebrating pop culture with other fans and discovering exclusive merchandise and unique artwork. Fans can explore the Show Floor, experience an array of panels, check out their favorite or discover new creators on Artist Alley, and meet some of their favorite on-screen talent in real life!
Tickets for C2E2 2025 are on sale for the general public, with multi-day and single-day options available. Fans who purchase a C2E2 Superfan Membership will also have digital access to the event. As Superfans, members also receive premium access to purchase Select Autographing sessions, Photo Ops, and exclusive merchandise throughout the year for $99 annually, in addition to exclusive onsite perks at C2E2 such as Fast Pass lines for Autographing and Photo Ops.
